Los Angeles Kings-Meet the Players Party.

ok so i'm new to this whole blogging thing, but mariam has one so it has to bee pretty awesome.

anyways....
yesterday i went to the annual meet the players party for the l.a. kings held at the hollywood park race track. wow, it was pretty much amazing. even though i've already met anze kopitar like a million times, i had to meet him again! so i get there and go directly to his line. wow he remembered me. i was excited. SUPERexcited. hehe then i met jean-sebastian aubin, our new goalie. he was cool too...but i was still excited that i got to talk to anze again. after that i met dustin brown (!!!!), tom preissing, derek armstrong, jaroslav nagy, brad stuart, patrick o'sullivan, and jim fox! it was so much fun!
now i have to wait until thursday to see him again. im good tho.

WOW SATURDAY'S GAME WAS AMAZING.


heres my story of it:

ok so its the kings vs. dallas game.
1st period: dallas scores 2.
2nd period: dallas scores 2.
so dallas is winning 4 to 0!
third period...10 minutes go by...
still 4 to 0.
things are looking bad for the kings.
but then...with 8 minutes left...
dustin brown scores.
4 to 1.
the turnover began.
1 and 1/2 minutes later...
scott thornton scores.
4 to 2.
1 min. and 45 seconds later...
alexander frolov scores.
4 to 3.
now theyre only down by one.
24 seconds later...
kopitar scores.
4 to 4.
the game is tied.
2 minutes later...
ladislav nagy scores.
now the kings are winning.
5 to 4.
new record for kings: 5 goals in 5 min. and 7 seconds.
the 5 goals were scored on just 6 shots.
then dallas scores again to tie it up.
5 to 5.
boo.
but then in overtime...
KOPITAR SCORES THE GAME WINNING GOAL.
KINGS WIN.



haha don't worry i'm not gunna talk about the kings everyday...
